QUESTION: How can I book a party?

QUESTION: How do I know if the game truck can come to my house?
ANSWER: Our drivers are excellent and can go nearly anywhere. As long as your driveway or street isn’t a very sharp hill, we can come. Otherwise, you can divert us to a nearby park, church or parking lot! We need up to 55 feet of cleared space (fairly flat).

QUESTION: Will the kids know how to play the video games?
ANSWER: The Matrix Youth Adventure Game Coach makes it easy! He/She helps the kids along, inspires and instructs. We make sure it’s the party of the year!

QUESTION: Should I be concerned about the types of games for kids?
ANSWER: When our Game Coach arrives, please let us know your concerns and we will address them on an individual basis and will make inappropriate games unavailable.

QUESTION: Should I be concerned about inflatable safety?
ANSWER: Our inflatables are inspected annually.  In addition, our operators perform a safety inspection before every rental.  By following the rules provided for safe operation, your guests will be safely entertained.

QUESTION: What about bad weather?
ANSWER: The game truck will come rain, shine, chilly or hot — we are climate controlled! As long as it is safe for us to drive, we’ll be there!

QUESTION: What about rain and/or bad weather for inflatable rentals?
ANSWER: In the event of heavy rain or winds in excess of 15 miles per hour, we will make every effort to reschedule your party to a day with weather better suited to inflatable fun.  Wet vinyl is very slippery and may be dangerous.  No guests are to use any inflatable unit while it is raining and/or the unit is wet.  Once dried, guests can re-enter.

QUESTION: How much space do I need for an inflatable? 
An additional 3 – 5 feet of unobstructed perimeter around each side of the inflatable, this is the bare minimum. Thus a 15 x 15 bouncer requires a 21 x 21 min. sq. foot space to be placed. In addition, low hanging branches are also an obstacle that must be removed.

QUESTION: Can the Inflatable be setup indoors? 
Yes, dependent on size. Some can be setup indoors providing we have adequate ceiling clearance.

QUESTION: What time should I make the party?
ANSWER: We suggest that you tell your guests that the party is one hour or half-hour before our arrival time — that way they eat first and they all see the grand arrival of our mobile video game theater!

QUESTION: What time will you arrive?
ANSWER: We will arrive 15-30 minutes prior to the event in order to set-up and rest assured, our door will be open for your guests by the start of your party time!

QUESTION: What if too many people show up to the party? Is there an extra charge?
ANSWER: Our game theater can seat 26, and 24 players can play at one time.  Birthday parties are best suited for 24 or fewer guests.  For large events such as school functions, churches, non-profit, corporate parties and reunions, we can rotate guests through… with our plentiful games and consoles, everybody will get plenty of time to play!

QUESTION: Do I request certain games? Can we bring our own games?
ANSWER: We always bring the full game library to every event and your Game Coach will evaluate your needs to make your event successful. You can certainly bring your own games, should you choose to do so, but will we assume no liability for any damage to games that are not ours.

QUESTION: Do I have to pay for the party in advance?
ANSWER: Our reservations go quickly. When we confirm your booking request, you can pay online to lock in your date. We accept most credit and debit cards for payment.  For corporate and educational customers who must pay differently, please contact us.
